Skin Smart Online Security Policy

At Skin Smart, your privacy and online safety are our top priorities. This Policy explains how to stay safe when using our website, app, and community features, and what to do if you suspect fraud or suspicious activity.

1. Protect Your Personal Information

Your personal information includes your name, email, phone number, date of birth, address, photos, and other data shared in your profile or questionnaire.

  • Never share your password, verification codes, or payment details with anyone.
  • Skin Smart employees will never ask for your password or card details via email, chat, or phone.
  • Only provide information through official Skin Smart channels or inside the app.

2. Stay Cautious Online

  • Be wary of anyone asking for private information on social media or messaging apps.
  • Avoid sharing screenshots that reveal your personal information, wallet balance, or private messages.
  • Ignore messages that promise free gifts, loyalty points, or discounts in exchange for personal data.

If you receive a suspicious message or call claiming to be from Skin Smart, do not click on any links or provide details — instead, report it immediately to support@skinsmart.io

3. Use Only Official Sources

To stay protected:

  • Download the Skin Smart App only from trusted sources such as the App Store or Google Play.
  • Never download “modded,” “cracked,” or unofficial versions of the Skin Smart app.
  •  Access our website only through www.skinsmart.io  or official partner links.

4. Secure Your Device

Protect your mobile phone, tablet, or computer with the following steps:

  1. Use a strong passcode or biometric lock (Face ID, fingerprint).
  2. Enable auto-lock after a few minutes of inactivity.
  3. Keep your operating system, apps, and antivirus software up to date.
  4. Avoid using public Wi-Fi for transactions.
  5. Log out of your account after using a shared or public device.
  6. Clear your browser cache after online sessions.

5. Protect Your Payment Information

Skin Smart uses secure, encrypted payment gateways that comply with international PCI DSS standards.
To keep your financial information safe:

  • Do not share your card number or one-time passwords (OTP) with anyone.
  • Always verify you are on the Skin Smart app or website (www.skinsmart.io ) before entering payment details.
  • Use two-factor authentication (2FA) for your bank or digital wallet if available.

6. Beware of Fraud and Phishing

Fraudsters sometimes create fake websites, emails, or social media accounts pretending to be Skin Smart.
Signs of a scam may include:

  • Offers that sound too good to be true.
  • Incorrect spellings or fake URLs (e.g. “skinsm4rt” instead of “Skin Smart”).
  • Requests to “verify your account” or “claim your reward” via external links.

If you suspect phishing or fraud, please forward the message or screenshot to support@skinsmart.io . We investigate all reports to protect our community. 

7. Community Safety

Skin Smart allows users to comment, post, and message others. To stay safe:

  • Share responsibly — avoid posting personal or financial details.
  • Report any harassment, impersonation, or suspicious profiles using the in-app “Report” button or by emailing support@skinsmart.io .
  • Do not engage with users offering unverified products, medical treatments, or external links.

8. Lost or Compromised Device

If your phone or device is lost:

  • Contact your mobile carrier immediately to deactivate your SIM card.
  • Change your Skin Smart password and any linked email or wallet passwords.
  • Notify us at support@skinsmart.io so we can secure your account.

9. Security of Your Data

We use industry-standard encryption, secure storage, and continuous monitoring to protect your data.
However, online safety is a shared responsibility — your vigilance helps protect your privacy too.

10. Reporting Suspicious Activity

Please report any suspected fraud, fake websites, or unauthorized accounts pretending to be Skin Smart to:
support@skinsmart.io. We will investigate and take appropriate action but may not respond individually to each report. 

Remember Skin Smart will never:

  • Ask for your password, OTP, or payment information outside the official app or checkout page.
  • Request remote access to your device.
  • Offer prizes or promotions via unofficial social media accounts.

في  Skin Smart، تُعد خصوصيتك وسلامتك عبر الإنترنت من أولوياتنا القصوى. توضح هذه السياسة كيفية الحفاظ على أمانك عند استخدام موقعنا الإلكتروني، التطبيق، وميزات المجتمع (Community)، وما يجب فعله إذا اشتبهت في وجود احتيال أو نشاط مشبوه.

1. حماية معلوماتك الشخصية

تشمل معلوماتك الشخصية: اسمك، بريدك الإلكتروني، رقم هاتفك، تاريخ ميلادك، عنوانك، صورك، وأي بيانات أخرى تشاركها في ملفك الشخصي أو الاستبيانات.

  • لا تشارك كلمة المرور أو رموز التحقق أو تفاصيل الدفع الخاصة بك مع أي شخص.
  • لن يطلب منك موظفو Skin Smart مطلقًا كلمة المرور أو تفاصيل بطاقتك عبر البريد الإلكتروني، الدردشة، أو الهاتف.
  • قدم معلوماتك فقط من خلال القنوات الرسمية لـ Skin Smart أو داخل التطبيق.

2. توخى الحذر أثناء التصفح عبر الإنترنت

  • احذر من أي شخص يطلب معلومات خاصة عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أو تطبيقات المراسلة.
  • تجنب مشاركة لقطات شاشة (Screenshots) تحتوي على معلوماتك الشخصية أو رصيد محفظتك أو رسائلك الخاصة.
  • تجاهل الرسائل التي تعدك بهدايا مجانية أو نقاط ولاء أو خصومات مقابل تزويدهم ببياناتك الشخصية.

إذا تلقيت رسالة أو مكالمة مشبوهة تدعي أنها من Skin Smart، فلا تنقر على أي روابط أو تقدم تفاصيل - بدلاً من ذلك، أبلغ عنها على الفور إلى support@skinsmart.io

3. استخدم المصادر الرسمية فقط

لحماية نفسك:

  • حمّل تطبيق Skin Smart فقط من مصادر موثوقة مثل App Store  أو Google Play.
  • لا تقم أبدًا بتحميل نسخ "معدّلة"، "مقرصنة"، أو غير رسمية من تطبيق Skin Smart.
  • ادخل إلى موقعنا فقط من خلال: www.skinsmart.io أو روابط شركائنا الرسميين

4. تأمين جهازك

قم بحماية هاتفك المحمول، جهازك اللوحي، أو جهاز الحاسوب الخاص بك باتباع الخطوات التالية:

  1. استخدم رمز مرور قوي أو القفل البيومتري (بصمة الوجه، بصمة الإصبع).
  2. فعّل القفل التلقائي بعد بضع دقائق من عدم الاستخدام.
  3. حافظ على تحديث نظام التشغيل، التطبيقات، وبرامج الحماية من الفيروسات.
  4. تجنّب استخدام شبكات الواي فاي العامة في المعاملات.
  5. سجّل الخروج من حسابك عند استخدام جهاز مشترك أو عام.
  6. امسح ذاكرة المتصفح المؤقتة بعد الجلسات عبر الإنترنت.

5. حماية معلومات الدفع الخاصة بك

تستخدم Skin Smart بوابات دفع آمنة ومشفّرة وتتوافق مع المعايير الدولية لأمان بيانات الدفع  PCI DSS

لحماية معلوماتك المالية:

  • لا تشارك رقم بطاقتك أو رموز التحقق (OTP) مع أي شخص.
  • تأكد دائمًا من أنك تستخدم تطبيق Skin Smart أو الموقع الرسمي (www.skinsmart.io ) قبل إدخال أي معلومات دفع.
  • فعّل ميزة المصادقة الثنائية (2FA) لحسابك البنكي أو محفظتك الرقمية إن توفرت. 

6. الحذر من الاحتيال ورسائل التصيد الإلكتروني  (Phishing)

قد يحاول المحتالون إنشاء مواقع وهمية أو إرسال رسائل بريد إلكتروني أو إنشاء حسابات على مواقع التواصل تدّعي أنها تابعة لـ Skin Smart.

علامات الاحتيال قد تشمل:

  • عروض تبدو جيدة لدرجة يصعب تصديقها.
  • أخطاء إملائية أو روابط مزيفة مثل "skinsm4rt" بدلاً من "Skin Smart"
  • طلبات "تأكيد حسابك" أو "استلام جائزتك" عبر روابط خارجية.

إذا اشتبهت في وجود تصيد أو احتيال، يرجى إعادة توجيه الرسالة أو إرسال لقطة شاشة إلى  support@skinsmart.io
نحن نحقق في جميع البلاغات لحماية مجتمعنا. 

7. سلامة المجتمع (المستخدمين)

تتيح Skin Smart للمستخدمين التعليق، النشر، والتواصل مع الآخرين. لضمان سلامتك:

  • شارك بمسؤولية — لا تنشر معلوماتك الشخصية أو المالية.
  • أبلغ عن أي تحرش، انتحال هوية، أو حسابات مشبوهة من خلال زر "الإبلاغ" داخل التطبيق أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني: support@skinsmart.io  
  • لا تتفاعل مع المستخدمين الذين يقدمون منتجات غير موثقة أو علاجات طبية أو روابط خارجية.

8. في حال فقدان الجهاز أو تعرضه للاختراق

إذا فقدت هاتفك أو جهازك:

  • اتصل بشركة الاتصالات لإيقاف شريحة SIM الخاصة بك.
  • غيّر كلمة مرور حسابك في  Skin Smart، وكذلك كلمات مرور بريدك الإلكتروني والمحفظة الرقمية إن كانت مرتبطة.
  • أخطرنا على الفور عبر:  support@skinsmart.ioحتى نقوم بتأمين حسابك.

9. أمان بياناتك

نحن نستخدم تقنيات تشفير حديثة، تخزين آمن، ورقابة مستمرة لحماية بياناتك.

ومع ذلك، فإن الأمان الإلكتروني مسؤولية مشتركة — يقظتك مهمة جدًا لحماية خصوصيتك.

10. الإبلاغ عن الأنشطة المشبوهة

يرجى الإبلاغ عن أي احتيال مشتبه به، أو مواقع ويب مزيفة، أو حسابات غير مصرح بها تدّعي أنها تابعة لشركة Skin Smart إلى: support@skinsmart.io , سنحقق في الأمر ونتخذ الإجراءات المناسبة، ولكن قد لا نرد على كل بلاغ على حدة. 

تذكير بأن Skin Smart  لن تقوم أبدًا بـ :

  • طلب كلمة المرور أو رمز التحقق (OTP) أو معلومات الدفع خارج التطبيق الرسمي أو صفحة الدفع الآمنة.
  • طلب الوصول عن بُعد إلى جهازك.
  • تقديم جوائز أو عروض ترويجية من خلال حسابات غير رسمية على وسائل التواصل.
