The world’s first deep conditioning pre-shampoo mask, the Elasticizer is designed to deliver elasticity, bounce and shine, leaving the hair shiny and full of life. Formulated with hydrolyzed elastin – a protein that penetrates your hair shaft and increases its elasticity without weighing it down, along with caster oil, olive oil and glycerin, it nourishes the strands from within and locks in that all-important moisture. Suitable for all hair types, including Afro-Caribbean, coarse and fine, it will give your hair added strength and elasticity to protect it from everyday aggressors such as brushing and heat styling. It can even be used as an overnight conditioner to treat dry, brittle and over-processed hair. Can I return, exchange or get a refund for my order?
In accordance with global and local retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of skincare, make-up & cosmetics unless damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Currently, we accept payment with Debit Cards (Mada), Credit Cards (Visa & MasterCard), Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara Payment in installments and STCPay. Please note that your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Wrong Address or Non-Response
Important Shipping Policy: In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to a lack of response from you or an incorrect address or phone number, and the parcel is returned to our facility, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again. This is necessary as we incur additional costs to reship your order. Please understand that you cannot cancel the order or refuse acceptance based on the requirement to pay the additional shipping fee.
When should I expect my order to be delivered?
We use Express Delivery Service through our trusted local and international courier partners, including Aramex, FedEx, and DHL. All orders are tracked.
If we receive your order before 11 AM KSA time (8:00 AM GMT), it will be processed and picked up by our courier partner the same day. For deliveries:
