Can I return, exchange or get a refund for my order?

In accordance with global and local retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of skincare, make-up & cosmetics unless damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Which payment methods are accepted online?

Currently, we accept payment with Debit Cards (Mada), Credit Cards (Visa & MasterCard), Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara Payment in installments and STCPay. Please note that your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Wrong Address or Non-Response

Important Shipping Policy: In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to a lack of response from you or an incorrect address or phone number, and the parcel is returned to our facility, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again. This is necessary as we incur additional costs to reship your order. Please understand that you cannot cancel the order or refuse acceptance based on the requirement to pay the additional shipping fee.

When should I expect my order to be delivered?

We use Express Delivery Service through our trusted local and international courier partners, including Aramex, FedEx, and DHL. All orders are tracked.

If we receive your order before 11 AM KSA time (8:00 AM GMT), it will be processed and picked up by our courier partner the same day. For deliveries:

  • In KSA: Expect delivery within 4-6 business days.
  • In the GCC/MENA region: Expect delivery within 5-8 business days.
  • In the USA & UK: Expect delivery within 7-10 business days.
