In accordance with global and local retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of skincare, make-up & cosmetics unless damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Wrong Address or Non-Response
Important Shipping Policy: In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to a lack of response from you or an incorrect address or phone number, and the parcel is returned to our facility, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again. When should I expect my order to be delivered?
