In accordance with global and local retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of skincare, make-up & cosmetics unless damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Currently, we accept payment with Debit Cards (Mada), Credit Cards (Visa & MasterCard), Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara Payment in installments and STCPay. Wrong Address or Non-Response
Important Shipping Policy: In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to a lack of response from you or an incorrect address or phone number, and the parcel is returned to our facility, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again. This is necessary as we incur additional costs to reship your order. Please understand that you cannot cancel the order or refuse acceptance based on the requirement to pay the additional shipping fee.
When should I expect my order to be delivered?
