    Bia Gentle Cleansing Oil is a lightweight oil that removes impurities, SPF and makeup while leaving the skin smooth and hydrated. Upon contact with water, the oil instantly emulsifies into a milky solution which removes dirt and excess sebum without compromising the skin’ natural moisture barrier or leaving it with an oily residue. Formulated with a range of natural plant oils and butters, it balances blemishes and restores radiance. Borage Flower oil acts as a moisture protector by reducing water loss, while Blackcurrant Seed oil protects from environmental factors and rejuvenates tired skin. Oat Lipid oil works to soothe and calm and Chia Seed oil adds a balanced boost of hydration.

    Suitable for all skin types. Certified Vegan, Cruelty-free and to COSMOS by Ecocert standards. The COSMOS certification guarantees environmentally friendly production, recyclable packaging, responsible use of natural resources, respect of biodiversity and the absence of petrochemical ingredients such as parabens, phenoxyethanol, perfumes and synthetic colorants.

    Currently, we accept payment with Debit Cards (Mada), Credit Cards (Visa & MasterCard), Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara Payment in installments and STCPay. Please note that your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed.     Wrong Address or Non-Response

    Important Shipping Policy: In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to a lack of response from you or an incorrect address or phone number, and the parcel is returned to our facility, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again. This is necessary as we incur additional costs to reship your order. Please understand that you cannot cancel the order or refuse acceptance based on the requirement to pay the additional shipping fee.

    When should I expect my order to be delivered?

    We use Express Delivery Service through our trusted local and international courier partners, including Aramex, FedEx, and DHL. All orders are tracked.

    If we receive your order before 11 AM KSA time (8:00 AM GMT), it will be processed and picked up by our courier partner the same day. For deliveries:

    • In KSA: Expect delivery within 4-6 business days.
