    Bia Hydrating Eye Gel is an award-winning undereye moisturiser that soothes stressed and dehydrated skin. Using the healing power of plant-based ingredients, this lightweight, clinically proven formula replaces hydration lost through everyday environmental stressors while also protecting and firming the delicate eye area. Featuring a blend of potent natural extracts, such as Arnica oil to reduce puffiness, Bladderwrack oil to lower moisture loss and protect against irritation, and Immortelle to create a moisture-retentive film. Cucumber extract contains amino acids, proteins and lipids to help plump and reduce dark circles and puffiness, teamed with Aloe Vera to soothe, brighten and firm. The light gel texture sinks instantly into the skin, leaving nothing but a natural soothing floral scent behind. The skin is left feeling and looking healthy and refreshed.

    After a 4-week clinical study, 100% of test subjects, aged between 36 and 63, measured a 70.1% hydration increase at 4 weeks. 71% of these test subjects also experienced a significant decrease in under eye puffiness at the 2- and 4-weeks period markers.

    Which payment methods are accepted online?

    Currently, we accept payment with Debit Cards (Mada), Credit Cards (Visa & MasterCard), Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara Payment in installments and STCPay. Please note that your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed.     Wrong Address or Non-Response

    Important Shipping Policy: In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to a lack of response from you or an incorrect address or phone number, and the parcel is returned to our facility, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again. This is necessary as we incur additional costs to reship your order. Please understand that you cannot cancel the order or refuse acceptance based on the requirement to pay the additional shipping fee.

    When should I expect my order to be delivered?

    We use Express Delivery Service through our trusted local and international courier partners, including Aramex, FedEx, and DHL. All orders are tracked.

    If we receive your order before 11 AM KSA time (8:00 AM GMT), it will be processed and picked up by our courier partner the same day. For deliveries:

    • In KSA: Expect delivery within 4-6 business days.
    • In the GCC/MENA region: Expect delivery within 5-8 business days.
